Thanks to the generous contribution of the Kaslo Protective Cup Golf Tournament proceeds, the NMCBDF has been able to create an annual $500 bursary to support a student from JVH School in Kaslo to pay for their certifications. We are pleased to announce that the deserving recipient this year was Micha Luchetta.
Micha came highly recommended by his Outdoor Adventures Teacher with a description of his great skills as an inclusive team player and of his respectful, compassionate nature towards everyone.
Micha says his happiest moments are when he is in the mountains, and that skiing puts his mind in a place of peace and pure enjoyment. Congratulations to Micha. He is surely living a life that is aligned with the spirit of Nyle.
